Return Policy

  • Return Period: You can return products within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as software, earbuds, hygiene-related products, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.


Exchange Policy

  • Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

    • You received the wrong item.

    • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items must be in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Exchange depends on product availability.
